About the author

Dr. Linda Hoopes is an organizational psychologist who has studied resilience in the workplace for over 30 years. She has worked in for-profit, non-profit and government organizations, and has trained a global network of resilience practitioners who help individuals, teams, and organizations increase their readiness for change and challenge. 

Linda has served on the faculties of Georgia Tech, Rutgers, and Colby College. She led the development of resilience tools and curriculum as the research director for a change consulting firm, and is also a sailor, musician, photographer, and certified massage therapist.
